Bollywood power couple Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt, who recently completed 13 years of marital bliss on 7th Feb, are one of the most loved and adored couples in the country. Even after facing lots of personal challenges, the duo has time and again proved that their love is eternal. Now, Sanjay, who was diagnosed with lung cancer last year, during an interview opened up on undergoing treatment and stated that his initial reaction to the diagnosis was anger. He also revealed that doctors told him that there was a 50-50 percent chance. The 'Kalank' actor said that he initially asked ‘why me’ when he first got to know about being diagnosed with cancer. He added, 'When the news was broken, there was a lot of anger inside me and I wondered why me. People take a lot of time to decide how they want to take their treatment further but I had to make a decision quickly because I felt that I didn't have much time. So I accepted my illness and once I did, I thought I'll fight cancer no matter what'. Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt had announced in August that he was taking a break from work for his medical treatment, days after being hospitalized. Two months later, on his kids Iqra and Shahraan’s birthday, he announced that he had come out victorious in the battle. For the uninitiated, Sanjay and Maanayata's epic love story began after they were reportedly introduced to each other by producer Nitin Manmohan in 2006. They made their first appearance as a couple in 2007. Since then, they have been going strong with their relationship. After two years of courtship, they got married on February 7, 2008, and now they are proud parents of two adorable twins.
