The leads of the show, Sumbul and Gashmeer is loved as an on-screen couple and have a good fan following. Their characters have become household names.
Viewers like the banter between Imlie, Aditya, and Mayuri, and no wonder the show is doing so well.
Aditya as a character is very strong and these days is stuck between his both wives Imlie and Mayuri. He is a journalist who is quite intelligent and needs to take the right decisions.
But did you know that before the makers finalized Gashmeer Mahajani for the role of Aditya, it was offered to a few actors who refused?

Karan has also auditioned for the role, but then due to some reason, he wasn’t selected and things didn’t work out with him and the makers.
4. Kushal Tandon
Kushal was offered the role of Aditya and the reason, why he refused the role, is still unknown.
5. Neil Bhatt
Neil couldn’t take up the offer as he had already signed another show and couldn’t give dates for two shows.
Well, in the end, the role was bagged by Gashmeer Mahajani and fans feel she is the perfect choice for the role and no one could do justice to Aditya the way he did.
