Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra is quite an active social media user and keeps impressing her fans by sharing some stunning pictures and videos from her personal and professional life. The actress who is a firm endorser of fitness and spirituality recently took to her Instagram handle and shared a stunning video of herself chanting the Mahamrityunjaya mantra and called her experience 'therapeutic'. In the video, the film 'Dhadkan' actress, donning traditional wear offered prayers on the banks of Ganga river in Haridwar and chanted the holy mantra with Hindu priests around and explained the meaning and benefits of the mantra in the caption that reads, The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is considered to be the most powerful Shiv mantra. It bestows longevity, wards off calamities, and prevents untimely death. It also removes fears and has the power to heal holistically. For me, chanting this mantra while in Haridwar - the birthplace of YOGA (much before COVID-19 had emerged) - was therapeutic. This mantra has the power to heal, helps me find peace amid chaos, no matter where I am.' The actress even suggested that her fans chant the mantra for good health and peace as she writes in the caption, 'If you suffer from 'any' ailment, please do this jaap 11 times every day and see the miracles unfold.' Well, the actress also believes in meditation and often shares her videos performing the same. Recently, the actress also shared a video showing the delightful meal she enjoyed over the weekend and captioned it as, 'SUNDAY BINGE! ! Jalebi and gur ki Rabdi' while activating the taste buds of her millions of followers on social media. On the work front, the beautiful actress has multiple projects in her kitty.
