Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who had been on a house hunt for the past two years, has finally found her address at Priyanka Chopra’s old Mumbai residence.
Jacqueline, who was keen on residing in the plush neighbourhood of Juhu, sealed the deal by moving into PC’s abode at KarmaYog building where the former Miss World got engaged to Nick Jonas, before moving to the US.
Meanwhile, Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth have moved to their Yari road apartment in the suburbs.
Jacqueline’s new residence reportedly costs Rs 7 crore. Apparently, Priyanka sold this house to someone, who has rented it to the Sri Lankan beauty.
The highlight of this crib is the mammoth living area with an outdoor balcony with a sea-facing view, and five bedrooms.
On the work front, Jacqueline has several films lined up this year.
She has shot for the horror comedy "Bhoot Police" and has commenced shooting for "Bachchan Pandey", co-starring Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon.
She will reunite with superstar Salman Khan for "Kick 2". The two had starred in the 2014 action heist film "Kick".
Jacqueline will also share screen space with Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's "Cirkus".
Looking back at 2020 that saw people battling a pandemic, Jacqueline said: "2020 has been a roller coaster ride, a year with so much happening globally. However, we have all survived and I'm glad all of us are up and running to do our best."
Even though there was lockdown since March, she tried to be at her "productive best and make the most of every opportunity".
"The year has been fulfilling professionally for me with the back-to-back project announcements and post the unlock there has hardly been a day for rest. I have enjoyed each day of work thoroughly," said the actress, who had shot a music video with superstar Salman Khan during lockdown.
Stepping into 2021, her resolution for the new year is to be happy and positive.
"The coming year seems like pretty much the same in terms of shoot schedules, which means it'll be hectic, but I am looking forward to the year and never wish to stop working, I would rather prefer to hop from one set to another than be deprived of the joy of shooting," she said.
