The way Shaheer and Erica enacted these characters felt so real and they did full justice to the characters.
No doubt till today they are known as one of the most iconic -pairs of television.
5. Dev and his mother bond
The character of Supriya as Dev’s mother was hated and loved, where a mother loved her son but she came in with lots of complexity, trust issues, insecurities where she cannot share a son with anyone, which resulted as the turning point in the serial where problems began to erupt between Dev and Sonakshi.
And the way Supriya played the character was commendable and no wonder the audiences at one pointed hated her character but loved her acting chops.
6. The story revolving around Dev, Sonakshi and Maheshwari
This wasn’t a simple love story but it was a story between a Son his mother and his lover then-wife. Where the love story in the initial time only gave up owing to the fact that a mother couldn’t see her son change for a girl.
The complexity and problems revolving around these three characters were beautifully executed by the makers of the show.
Every single person who watched the show could be related to themselves somewhere or the other.
But this show was special and unique in many ways and no wonder the audiences still miss watching it and it becomes an iconic show on television.
