Nawab Malik takes dig at Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai, Feb 8 (UNI) NCP national spokesperson and state Minister for Minorities Nawab Malik on Monday took a dig at former Maharashtra chief minister and Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis over his pre-poll refrain 'I will come again', saying his dream of returning to power in the state would not be realised for another 25 years.
Targetting BJP leaders for making a statement that they would form the next government in the state, he cited an example of Narayan Rane and said he has been dreaming of becoming the chief minister for last 22 years, but to no avail.
Similarly, his partner Mr Fadnavis is also dreaming of the post of chief minister, but it would not come true, the NCP leader said.
While forming the government, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had said that the ruling MVA government would not be for just five years but would last for 25 years, Mr Malik added and clarified that is what will happen.
