After being all-out for 337 in 95.5 overs on Day 4 of the first Test in Chennai and England not enforcing a follow-on, India drew first blood by sending back opener Rory Burns for a duck.

India needed 45 runs to avoid a follow-on but the host could not manage to do that. As the Indian side came into the field, not just Rishabh Pant, the whole squad has been more vocal backing up their bowlers.

As for Burns, Ravichandran Ashwin struck with the first ball. Virat Kohli was seen in his power mode as he was delighted.

Ashwin tosses one from round the wicket and Burns prods forward to defend it. However, the ball spins away with extra bounce, catches the shoulder of the bat and pops to the left of the slip where Ajinkya Rahane does not miss out.

Seeing the pumped up Indian side on the field has even got netizens excited.

England had posted a mammoth score of 578 and have a lead of 242 runs. They will have to bat and look to set a target close to 400.

Earlier, Jack Leach, with the new ball, broke the 80-run seventh-wicket partnership between Washington Sundar and R Ashwin by dismissing the latter for the day's first breakthrough. Ashwin made 31 off 91 balls, with three boundaries and a six.
