The talented and versatile actress of the entertainment industry, Taapsee Pannu, who has some interesting line-ups for us, will reportedly kickstart the shooting of cricketer Mithali Raj's biopic titled Shabaash Mithu from April. A source close to the development told PinkVilla, “Taapsee will start shooting for Shabaash Mithu from the first week of April in Mumbai. She is presently busy with Loop Lapeta, but practises for the game after the shoot depending on her schedule. Her cricket trainers too are in Goa with Taapsee to help her with the game. The source added, “Taapsee will also train with Mithila Raj herself for a few days before she starts shooting for the film.” In the last month, Taapsee had announced Shabaash Mithu on Twitter as she wrote, “And romance with the bat n the ball has begun.... long way to go but a good start is half job done. This is going to be another milestone of sorts. After the film was announced, Taapsee Pannu opened up on what made her pick the project. "I don't think I want to trade this place with anyone else right now. She has always been brave and strong to back truth and her idols, and that is the connection I feel with her. The way she changed the way women's cricket is perceived and seen in India is truly a story worth telling," the Saand Ki Aankh actress said in a statement.
