Petroleum city of Haldia agog with visit of PM Modi

Haldia, Feb 7 (UNI) This industrial town of East Medinipur in West Bengal is agog with the first-ever visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is scheduled to unveil this afternoon a slew of development projects, which would generate employment and bring rapid progress in industrialisation in this part of India.
" Tomorrow ( Sunday) evening, I would be in Haldia, West Bengal. At a programme there, will dedicate to the nation the LPG import terminal built by BPCL, "Mr Modi said in his tweeter account on Saturday.
" Will also dedicate to the nation Dobhi–Durgapur Natural Gas Pipeline section of the Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga project, " the PM maintained.
" The foundation stone of the second Catalytic-Isodewaxing unit of Haldia Refinery will be laid, " he said.
" A Four-Lane ROB-cum-Flyover at Ranichak, Haldia on NH 41 would also be inaugurated, " Mr Modi elaborated.
Mr Modi is expected to land at Kolkata airport at around 1510 hours on Sunday.
From the city airport, the Prime Minister would come to Haldia in a helicopter and attend first a political programme of the BJP and then attend official programmes before returning to Kolkata airport by helicopter en route to Delhi.
