International Custom's Day celebrated by Imphal Customs Division

The Imphal Customs Division , a unit of Shillong Customs Commissionerate under the Ministry of Finance Govt of India has celebrated the day on the 27th Jan, 2021 and the theme this year is “Customs bolstering Recovery, Renewal and Resilience for a sustainable supply chain” considering the remarkable responsibilities taken by Customs Department globally during the COVID 19 pandamic.

With a social approach, the program was held at Khudrakpam Model High School, Khundrakpam, Manipur providing us the opportunity of sharing the importance of custom dept with the masses

The program included :

# Painting competition for Children
# Awareness on imports and exports
# Role of custom staffs
# Role of the dept in the revenue generation

The program was conducted under the supervision of Shri. L.Prabhunanda Singh, IRS, Joint Commissioner of Imphal Customs Division.
