Posting a photo on Instagram from a maternity photoshoot when Angelique was pregnant with their twin daughters, South African rugby player Jacques Potgieter wrote: "This is my favourite photo of us."
The striking photo shows the couple sharing a kiss, with Jacques lovingly touching Angelique's belly.
"I'm still wholeheartedly in love with you my Angie," Jacques wrote in the sweet tribute to his wife.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2016, have three children together, a boy named Jacques and twin daughters, Annabella and Olivia.
"Thank you for all you do for the kids and me! We could not have asked for a better mom or wife," Jacques added.
