CICU apprises Punjab Cabinet Minister of problems faced by industry

Ludhiana, Feb 6 (KNN) A delegation led by Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) met state Cabinet Minister, Food and Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, Bharat Bhushan Ashu and apprised him about the problems faced by the industry.
The Delegation had a detailed discussion on the matter, various issues like delay in GST refund, Infrastructure in Industrial Areas, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Punjab State Power Corporation issues.
He assured the delegation his full support to the industry and also assured that the government will make all efforts for smooth running of industry and any delay or friction will not be tolerated.
The CICU delegation also invited the Minister to inaugurate the MachAuto Expo – 2021, which is going to be held from 19th to 22nd February at Galada Ground Ludhiana.
Bhusan also assured full support of the Punjab government for the exhibition and mentioned that there is a dire need of such exhibition for development of industry.
''Exhibition Centre at Chandigarh road will start shortly,'' CICU quoted the Minister as saying.
