Controversial Director Ram Gopal Varma is making a film on the Disha Rape and the Encounter that followed in Hyderabad two years ago. Disha's father is fighting in the courts to stall the movie release saying that it is not right to make a film on this when a supreme Court-appointed committee is looking into the case. But the court did not give the verdict in his favor. On the other side, the movie was supposed to release on february 19th

But then, the Censor Board had refused to give certificate for the film. Reports are that the board sought a no objection certificate from the family of Disha to cleat the movie's censor which is obviously not possible. The movie makers are planning to approach the Revising Committee to certify the film. We will know about it the next week. The makers will announce the new release date once all the issues are cleared. Let us see what is in store for varma with this film!
