- Nifty50 is currently trading at 14,896.70 up 106.75 points or 0.72%. Nifty Bank is trading up 1.07% at 35,131.95 while Mid-cap Index is up by 1.64%.
- ITC, Coal India, ONGC, Mahindra & Mahindra and Shree Cement are the top gainers while IndusInd Bank, Asian Paints, UPL, Bharti Airtel and Tech Mahindra are the top losers.
- Nifty Banking stocks drive the trade while Media, FMCG and Media stocks are also 2% higher. IT stocks trade marginally in the red.
