Mumbai, 3rd Feb. 2021: Dr. Srinivas Chunduru, Former senior Advisor at OLA ,founded Vans Skilling and Advisory, has raised an undisclosed amount from marquee investors including its existing nine investors in pre series A funding.
The Marquee investors include names of several honchos like as Hemant Kaul – Ex MD and CEO at Bajaj Allianz, On board of several listed companies and leading Fintechs like Ola Financial Services, Avail Finance; Sujan Sinha – Ex MD and CEO at Shriram Housing finance; Neeraj Tipre –formerly CEO at Piramal Glass (India, USA and Srilanka); Sandeep Divakaran – Ex CEO and Board member at OLA Fleet technologies (ANI technologies); Sandeep Arora – Advisor, former CFO at the Piramal Group.
These funds will be utilised for technology upgradation as well as for expansion in the international markets.
"Our existing investors have re-invested in the company in the pre–Series A funding round. This shows their confidence in the growth story of Vans Skilling and Advisory. We will be utilising the funds received in further expanding our reach," Dr. Srinivas said.
He further said the company is planning for Series A funding in early to mid-2022.
