The nominees for the 78th Golden Globes are out and if you haven't caught up on some of this year's nominated shows now's the time.

From the most nominated to a surprise entry - we round up eight show you can watch right now.
1. The Crown
Netflix's The Crown season 4 is the most nominated show overall with six nominations. Season 4 focuses on the marriage of Prince Charles (Josh O'Connor) and Princess Diana (Emma Corrin), and Britain's first female Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (Gillian Anderson). Emma and Gillian have received nominations for their performances.

2. The Undoing
The HBO drama is the third most-nominated show with four nominations. The series stars Nicole Kidman as therapist Grace Fraser, whose idyllic existence is shattered by a violent death and a very public scandal. With her husband Jonathan (Hugh Grant) missing, Grace must face a chain of terrible revelations and try to build a new life for herself and her son. Nicole and Hugh have both been nominated for their roles.

One of the streaming service's most-watched shows of the year, the chess drama bagged two nominations. Based on the novel by Walter Tevis, this is a coming-of-age story that explores the true cost of genius. A young Beth Harmon (Anya Taylor-Joy) has been abandoned and entrusted to a Kentucky orphanage in the late 1950s. Anya has been nominated for her role in the series.

4. Ted Lasso
Flying the flag for Apple's streaming service is this Jason Sudeikis comedy. Ted Lasso received two nominations in the Best Television Series - Musical Comedy, and Best Performance by an Actor in Television Series — Musical or Comedy categories. Small-time football coach Ted Lasso (Sudeikis) is hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer.

The biggest surprise this awards season! The Netflix comedy got two nominations. Emily (Lily Collins), an ambitious twenty-something marketing executive from Chicago, unexpectedly lands her dream job in Paris. Lily received a nomination for her role in the series.

Nominated for Best Series the drama is set in the 1950s and follows Atticus, a young African-American, who sets out on a road trip with his friend and uncle to find his missing father. This catapults the three into a struggle for survival against the dual terrors of Jim Crow-era America and terrifying monsters.

7. Perry Mason
Matthew Rhys received a Best Actor: Drama Series nomination for his role in the series. It is an origin story of the famed defence lawyer Perry Mason of the 1960s TV series. When the kidnapping case of the decade comes knocking on down-and-out detective Perry Mason's door, his relentless pursuit of the truth reveals a fractured city and, just maybe, a pathway to redemption for himself.

8. Ramy
This is stand-up comedian Ramy Youssef's second Golden Globe nomination. Last year he won the category Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy. The series centres on Ramy Hassan, a young Muslim American who struggles to find his place in the world.
