Vodafone offer for rest of Kabel Deutschland reaches 73.5% acceptance

Vodafone said that the acceptance rate for the tender offer of the outstanding shares in Kabel Deutschland has reached 73.5 percent. The company wants to acquire all the outstanding shares in the German cable operator for EUR 103 per share cash.
