NEW YORK (AP) _ Pzena Investment Management Inc. (PZN) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $4 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The New York-based company said it had net income of 22 cents per share.

The asset manager posted revenue of $39.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $8.9 million, or 52 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $138.6 million.

Pzena shares have climbed 19% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $8.66, an increase of 5.5% in the last 12 months.
