The Brookfield India Real Estate Investment Trust is looking at generating steady yields from its 14 million square feet of office parks located in Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram and Noida. Sponsored by an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management, one of the world’s largest asset managers, the company seeks to generate a yield of 7.95 per cent in FY22 and 8.43 per cent in FY23.
