COVID: J&K reports 65 new COVID cases, three deaths

Jammu, Feb 3 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday informed that 65 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (16 from Jammu division and 49 from Kashmir division), have been reported thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 1,24,659.
It also reported three more deaths due to COVID, one from Jammu division and two from Kashmir division.
Moreover, 61 more COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from various hospitals including 27 from Jammu division and 34 from Kashmir division.
According to the daily medical bulletin regarding COVID-19, out of 1,24,659 positive cases, 669 are Active Positive, 1,22,049 have recovered and 1,941 have died; 722 in Jammu division and 1219 in Kashmir division.
The bulletin further said that out of 46,00,637 test results available, 44,75,978 samples have tested negative till February 3.
Till date 11,41,184 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 34,333 persons in home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 669 in isolation and 1,06,188 in home surveillance.
The bulletin also informed that 9,98,053 people have completed their surveillance period.
