Vodafone UK added 77,000 contract mobile customers in Q3 FY21 (three months to 31 December 2020), driven by strong iPhone demand from consumers and higher contract customer loyalty, with churn down 0.4 percentage points year-on-year to 14.4%. The Voxi digital brand added 52,000 customers during the quarter, supported by the launch of its 'endless video' offering. Fixed broadband customer net additions reached 38,000 in Q3 to reach a total of 876,000 broadband customers, of which 450,000 are converged customers.
