MUMBAI: Societe Generali bought 1 million shares or 1.8 per cent stake in multiplex operator at Rs 1,520 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange today.
On Tuesday, Societe Generali had bought 1.8 per cent stake in the theatre-chain owner through a bulk deal on the BSE.
In a separate transaction, Berry Creek Investment sold 960,000 shares of PVR and Gray Birch sold 972,487 shares of the company.
Both the NSE and BSE did not update the block deal data on their website at the time of publishing this story.
