The show saw a change in the storyline as the makers decided to end the character of Naira and introduce Shivani as a new character.
This track had broken the hearts of fans, as they could not accept that Kartik would romance someone else.
Sirat has already made an entry in the show, and the audiences are finding it difficult to accept Shivani in this character as they are used to seeing her as Naira.
Post the exit of Naira from Kartik’s life, the present track shows how Rhea wants to take the place of Naira and is taking care of her child. But she is also in love with Kartik and wants to marry him.
