Sensex reclaims 50,000 mark as indices remain bullish, tracking global cues.
BSE Sensex is trading at 50,090.75 up 293.03 points or 0.59%.
Nifty50 is currently trading at 14,745.35 up 97.50 points or 0.67%. Nifty Bank is trading up 0.25% at 34353.15 while Mid-cap Index is up by 1.20%.
IndusInd Bank, DR Reddys, Cipla, Power Grid and Mahindra & Mahindra are the top gainers while Maruti, Kotak Bank, SBIN, ITC and HDFC Bank are the top losers.
Nifty Pharma stocks (2.70% higher) lead the trade while Auto and IT stocks are also 1% higher. Nifty Realty and Media stocks trade in the red.
Out of 50 stocks traded on the NSE, 42 advanced and 8 declined.
