Sky is least complained about telecoms provider in Q3 2020 - Ofcom

The latest telecoms and pay-TV complaints data from UK regulator Ofcom, covering Q3 2020, show that Vodafone was the most complained about broadband provider with 26 complaints per 100,000 customers; Virgin Mobile was the most complained about pay-monthly mobile provider with 9 complaints per 100,000 customers ; Virgin Media was the most complained about pay-TV provider with 11 complaints per 100,000 customers; and Plusnet was the most complained about home phone provider with 14 complaints per 100,000 customers.
