Earthquake of 4.9 magnitude hits West Sikkim

Gangtok, Feb 2 (UNI) A 4.9-magnitude earthquake today hit Sikkim today morning.

It recorded 170kms North West of Yuksum, West Sikkim. No aftereffects have been reported so far.

‘ Latitude 28.75 and Longitude 87.45 with depth 151km have been recorded by Xizang,China.’
