Rose McGowan on Marilyn Manson abuse allegations: ‘I stand with Evan Rachel Wood’

The “Scream” actress, 47, took to Twitter on Monday to indicate solidarity with Wood following her abuse allegations in direction of Marilyn Manson, allegations that Manson has denied and known as “horrible distortions of reality.”

The shock rocker, 52, has been named by Wood as her alleged abuser in a social media post on Monday.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” the 33-year-old wrote of her ex-fiancé, whom she was briefly engaged to in 2010. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years.

“I used to be brainwashed and manipulated into submission,” she continued. “I’m accomplished dwelling in worry of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I’m right here to reveal this harmful man and name out the numerous industries which have enabled him, earlier than he ruins any extra lives. I stand with the numerous victims who will not be silent.”
