If England manage to win three test matches in India, then they make it to the final over India and Australia.
WHO MAKES IT TO THE FINAL IF INDIA AND ENGLAND DRAW?
If India and England draw the series by any scoreline 0-0, 1-1 or 2-2; then Australia are in the final.
Clearly, India need to win more than one test match and win the series to ensure they are in the final. England need to make sure they win three test matches or more, to make it to the final. Any other scenario sees Australia make it to the final. Given India’s recent and home form, it looks like they’re the favourites to join New Zealand in the final.
