Pakistan to start quality of telecom service survey in Q1

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has announced plans to launch a quality of service (QoS) survey during the first quarter of this year, using automated tools. The PTA reports that this initiative is designed to push mobile operators to provide quality voice and data services as per license standards.
