B-Flex has launched BF Windstop, a heat transfer vinyl for softshell. Softshell is a fibre with a very particular finish which makes customisation very difficult. It is made of polyester, and heat pressing can also cause dye migration in the fibre. The company offers heat transfer vinyl for various decoratives like standard vinyl, glitter, and printables.

Up until now, there was not a heat transfer vinyl film specifically for this type of garment. For a heat transfer vinyl to work properly on this type of garment, it needs to be able to bond firmly at a low temperature in order to grip on the Softshell garment. The company designed this film specifically with these characteristics, using a brand-new adhesive, which can rest assured that it will last over time. Thanks to its application temperature of just 110°C for only eight seconds, this film is perfect to decorate waterproof jackets, hats, shoes, and other synthetic fibres with graphics and logos, according to B-Flex.

The film is fully opaque, thanks to its built-in barrier. This allows to print light colours on dark textiles and also prevents dye migration on sublimated garments. BF WINDSTOP is easy to work with and is available in seven fantastic colours which includes white, four fluo colours, silver, and gold, according to a press release by the company.
