Seven-member superband BTS was the most streamed Korean artiste and global group last year, according to streaming giant Spotify. Their music video for Dynamite, the historic BTS song that topped the Billboard's main singles chart last year, has earned over 800 million YouTube views. BTS' most-watched music video is DNA with 1.1 billion views, followed by Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey) and Fake Love. Apart from the band, BTS members are also popular individually on social media. And while their's songs continue to hit the chartbuster list, the BTS members were recently seen in a virtual interaction wherein they revealed what helps BTS' V to create better music. A video of V aka Kim Taehyung has gone viral on the internet wherein he asked his teammates to guess what inspires him the most. Jimin made the first attempt and he guessed it right, which is Kurt Cobain. To which, V responded, "Kurt Cobain was my inspiration when I was a trainee." The next to reveal his inspiration was Jungkook who took John Legend's name while replying to his answer, Tae Tae said that he was his second role model. BTS' leader RM went with Justin Bieber saying that his recent songs are great. V agreed to RM saying that he also loves JB's songs while Jungkook requested them to sing the chorus of the song named Holy. The band owns 28 music videos that have been watched at least 100 million times, according to Big Hit. Spotify's data showed that the top 10 most streamed Korean artistes logged a combined 10.6 billion streams in a sign of their growing clout around the world. K-pop soloists and members of popular groups like Girls Generation and BTS who have released solo material led the streaming race in a separate chart of most streamed K-pop female and male artistes.
