Airtel Nigeria says 23 mln subscribers have yet to submit NINs

Airtel Nigeria says a total of 23.4 million of its subscribers are yet to submit their National Identification Numbers (NIN)  to be linked with their mobile numbers, The Punch reported. Airtel Africa CEO Raghunath Mandava said Airtel Nigeria had collected 21 million NINs from its 44.4 million subscriber base, leaving 23.4 million subscribers with unlinked SIM cards.
