Union Minister Prakash Javadekar explains how Budget 2021 benefits kisans & middle class

Taking about the impact of budget 2021 on the middle-class people, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar says 'Modi Govt is dedicated to the welfare of farmers because we believe they're the producers & they've been ill-treated for the last many years. He adds, 'A code of conduct will come into being poll-bound states soon. In speech, you announce only those states, but in budget, every state has got many projects'. The Minister also said 'We've increased nearly 100 medical colleges, almost 50K medical seats, we're marching towards 65K well-care Centres, 600 new hosps will be opened at block level.
