Ms. Ghislaine Lê has been appointed as the Hotel Manager of Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. In her new capacity, Ms Lê will oversee the daily operations of the Kowloon Shangri-La, reporting directly to Mr Juergen Doerr, Vice-President, Operations (Hong Kong & Taiwan) and General Manager of Island Shangri-La.
A French native with Vietnamese origin, Ms Lê has been with the Shangri-La Group for over fourteen years, most recently holding the title of Resident Manager at the Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa in Oman. Other Shangri-La properties include Shangri-La’s Hambantota Resort & Spa, Sri Lanka, Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, Indonesia, Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa, The Philippines and Shangri-La’s Villingili Resort & Spa, the Maldives.
Having started her career as a Guest Relations Manager at the Hyatt Regency, Paris, Ms Lê has acquired a wealth of experience, with her career spanning two decades in hotels and resorts around the world, including French Polynesia, Vietnam, and the Seychelles.
