Budget reaction: Raktim Chattopadhyay, Founder & CEO, Esperer Onco Nutrition (EON)

With the world’s largest immunisation drive already underway, economic recovery is the major focus of Budget 2021. I see the Government is able to take great effort to address the same in the following way: Increase in capital expenditure, tax stability, privatisation and higher government expenditure. On the negative side, the changes in tariff was not essential. Overall the budget was transparent with fair effort.
