Firms will also find it easier to resolve their debt while the mergers and acquisitions space is likely to get a boost, as the minister said alternate methods of debt resolution and a special framework for MSMEs will be introduced along with measures to strengthen the National Company Law Tribunal, while presenting the Union Budget 2021-22 on Monday.
