Vitruvian Partners to buy Expereo from Apax

Vitruvian Partners has agreed to buy the Amsterdam-based internet services provider Expereo from Apax Partners for an undisclosed sum. Apax will remain a minority shareholder alongside Expereo's management, which will remain in place to lead the company. The takeover still needs regulatory clearance before closing.
