President Kovind also expressed sorrow

President Ram Nath Kovind said in the speech in Parliament on Friday about the violence on Republic Day that the insult of the tricolor and the holy day like Republic Day is very unfortunate. The Constitution which gives us the right to freedom of expression, the same constitution teaches us that law and rule should be followed equally seriously.
