Karimnagar: NTPC – Ramagundam has supplied 25,000 Papaya saplings to 20 local farmers under its CSR programme on Saturday. The saplings were handed over at a programme held at Vocational Training Centre near Sai Seva Samithi by Vijaya Lakshmi M, Head of HR, NTPC-Ramagundam.

The farmers from Badripalli, Kundanpalli, Talkkalpalli, Brahamanpalli, Gunturpalli, Malkapur and Mediapalli received the saplings. Speaking on the occasion, Vijaya Lakshmi asked the farmers to do cultivation on a scientific way to yield good return. CSR officials led by D S Kumar, DGM (CSR/Welfare) were present on the occasion.
