Case against cheater

Nanded, Jan 30 (UNI) The Bhokar police registered an FIR against the two accused who deceived a farmer of Rs 65117 by opening an account on his being without knowing him, on the late evening of Friday.
As per the FIR the complainant Saheb Narayan Waghmare (47), resident of Chitgiri in Bhokar tehsil was deceived by the two accused identified as Ramesh Gulab Chauhan and Manoj Raghunath Chauhan, both residents of Chitgiri by opening an account in IDFC Bank (account number 10010411506) pretending him to give the benefit of the government schemes. They took his fingerprint and recorded his name as a labourer and got Rs 65117 from the Forest Department and the Employment Guarantee Scheme; and withdrew the amount without knowing him. As per his complaint, the accused also deceived the other 22 persons from the same village by the same Modus Operandi. The investigation was being done by police inspector Vikas Patil.
