CHANDIGARH: Panjab University issued instructions for students preparing to appear for semester exams in February and March. These examinations will be held for students, who have already filled their examination forms for the December 2020 session. Online examinations for students of 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th semesters will commence from February 15. These examinations will be for regular, re-appear, improvement of performance, additional and deficient subjects, USOL and private students.
Online examinations for first semester (regular and reappear), improvement of performance, additional and deficient subjects, USOL and private students will commence from the second week of March 2021.
There will be two slots for the examination i.e. 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm. College students are required to either email or upload the answer sheet and send to the email id or upload on the portal given by the college or department or regional centres or submit the hard copy of the same to the college.
The evening slot students are mandatorily required to upload the answer sheet at the link provided on the portal i.e. ugexam.puchd.ac.in and pgexam.puchd.ac.in within 90 minutes of completing the paper. Visually impaired or disabled students are allowed to have assistance from a scribe or writer as per the university rules and no separate permission from the university is required for this purpose.
