New Delhi, Jan 29 (UNI) Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will pay a visit to Ghazipur border on Friday to meet the farmers protesting against the three recently enacted agricultural laws, the Aam Aadmi Party said.

The situation was tense at the Ghazipur border on late Thursday as hundreds of security personnel in anti-riot gears were deployed after the Ghaziabad administration imposed Section 144 in and around the area.

Farmers' leaders alleged that the administration deprived them of basic civic facilities and has cut power and water supply.

"The Deputy CM will also inspect the arrangements of water and toilet," AAP said.

Apart from Mr Sisodia, Health Minister Satyendar Jain and Delhi Jal Board Vice Chairman Raghav Chadha will pay a visit to Singhu border to inspect facilities for the farmers.

The Singhu border has too remained an epicenter of the farmer's protest from past over two months.

On Thursday the farmers took out a 16-km long ‘Sadbhavna rally’ from the Singhu border to reinforce a sense of unity among the protestors.
