Indian Army foils attempts to change status quo on LAC: Prez

New Delhi, Jan 29 (UNI) In a veiled dig at China, President Ramnath Kovind on Friday said that attempts were made to break the bilateral agreements and to change the status quo along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) but the Indian Army gave a befitting reply and successfully thwarted those intentions.

New Delhi, Jan. 29 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind on Friday slammed incidents of violence on Republic Day during tractor rally of agitating farmers in the Capital and asserted that the government will
respect the Supreme Court's decision on the farmers' protests while trying to iron out misgivings over farm laws.
