Govt worker dies due to heart attack after taking Covid vaccine in Pilibhit

Pilibhit, Jan 29 (UNI) A child welfare department worker who was given Covid vaccine on Thursday morning suddenly died in the night.

The deceased fourth class worker in the child development department Pratap Ram (55) was given covid vaccine at the woman hospital on Thursday morning but his health deteriorated by evening and he died at the hospital on late Thursday night.

However chief medical officer (CMO) Dr Seema Agarwal said here on Friday that the worker was a heart patient for the past several years and he died due to massive heart attack.

The postmortem of the deceased was also done on Friday morning by a team of doctors which also confirmed about heart ailment.

The CMO said that the deceased went for an angioplasty in 2007.

Ryots being harmed under BJP's planned plot:Selja

In a statement here on Friday, the HPCC chief said the BJP is organising a planned conspiracy to attack the farmers sitting on the borders of Delhi in the cold weather. In a democratic set up, everyone has the right to protest in a peaceful manner. The BJP should leave such petty antics and should not consider farmers as weak. The entire country stands with the farmers, she added.
Ms Selja said the BJP government is adopting every tactic to strangle the farmers’ movement. The BJP government's tactics to malign the peasant movement have come to light. Reports have been received that people associated with the BJP were involved in the shameful act done on the Red Fort on the Republic Day. The farmers protesting in a peaceful manner are being intimidated and threatened by the BJP government. The farmers are being threatened to vacate the movement site. At the behest of BJP, false cases are being filed against the farmers.
