Oracle Financial Services - Q3 Revenue In-Line, License Wins Drives Up Profitability: Dolat Capital

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. reported in-line results with a revenue growth of 6.8% YoY at Rs 12.4 billion (our estimate Rs 12.3 billion).

Operating profit margin for Q3 stood at 47.2% up 419 basis points YoY (up 125 basis points on QoQ basis), as cost efficiency got further deep.

Ebit and profit after tax were ahead of the estimate at Rs 5.9 billion (our estimate Rs 5.5) and Rs 4.2 billion (our estimate 3.9 billion).

The company signed new licenses worth $19.1 million ahead of our estimate of $16 million ($12 million in Q2 FY20) that included 17 new deals across geographies including six in developed markets and also witnessed 23 go-lives in the quarter.
