Airtel demos live 5G service over commercial network in Hyderabad

Bharti Airtel has demonstrated a live 5G service over its commercial network in Hyderabad city. Airtel used its existing liberalised spectrum in the 1800 MHz band through the non-standalone network technology, ZeeNews reports. Airtel provided 5G and 4G simultaneously using the same spectrum block.
