Digital world saw a big boom during the pandemic and now most of the producers and content creators are shifting their focus towards the media. Digiflix Tv is going to come with a suspense thriller 'The Perfect Script'. Actor Rajneesh Duggal is part of it and he spoke to News Helpline about the series and much more.
Talking about the series with News Helpline, actor said, "It is more like a comeback for Partho Ghosh who is directing the series. The series is about love, betrayal and revenge. It is like one film divided into series"
Talking about his role, he added," I play a theatre director/actor in the series who writes his own play and acts in it. I took inspiration from Atul Kulkarni for this role. The story revolves around one of his plays and how every character role spins around it."
When asked, whether content on OTT platforms should be censored or not, he replied, "I think there should be a check on the content available on OTT. Right now, the platform streaming the content checks it and there is no central body to keep a tab on it. Therefore, many series have been surrounded with controversies.
He further said," According to me, there should a central body otherwise there will be no difference left between YouTube and these OTT platforms."
On the work front, Rajneesh was last seen in the film 'Mushkil'. He will now be seen in 'The Perfect Script' which is a suspense thriller also starring Rahul Dev, Ruslaaz Mumtaaz, Leena Jumani and Monika Rathore are also a part of the series.
