Jubilant Foodworks has announced that the company completed the acquisition of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited.
In December last year, the company had proposed to acquire 10.76% stake in Barbeque-Nation.
In another development, on Wednesday, Jubilant Foodworks announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, to inter-alia consider Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
At around 2.33 pm, Jubilant Foodworks was trading at Rs2636.05 per piece down Rs78.95 or 2.91% on Sensex.
