NSE-BSE bulk deals: Promoter increases stake in Harita Seating, 3 Sigma Fund sells

MUMBAI: Harita Ltd, promoter of Harita Seating Systems, bought 1.1 million shares or 14 per cent stake in the company at Rs 514 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange, data showed.

In a separate transaction, Martin Grammer, a promoter entity of Harita Seating Systems, sold 14 per cent stake in the company through a bulk deal on the NSE. Similarly, 3 Sigma Global Fund sold 78,075 shares of the company at Rs 514.5 per share through a separate bulk deal on the NSE.

Shares of Harita Seating ended 0.1 per cent higher at Rs 521 on the NSE.

Both the NSE and BSE had not updated the data for block deals on the website at the time of publishing.
