This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20200827-4 dated 27th August, 2020, informing therein the Record date fixed on 21/08/2020  by Nagpur Seoni Expressway Limited. for the purpose of Early Redemption on the following Debentures of the Company.

The Company has now informed that it had partially redeemed the following Debentures to the extent of only 80 units.

Further, the company has now requested to revoke the suspension of the aforesaid said debentures.

In view of the above, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the dealing in the below mentioned Debentures shall be resumed on the Exchange w.e.f. January 28, 2021, (DR-209/2020-2021) :
